Do you really think the people they have in standards are all perfect going in? Nobody is perfect on standardization. Usually the people who criticize the most about other people not being standard are the biggest hypocrites of them all.
That's not the only thing. This is someone who argues with me about whats in the FOM, and when I asked him where it is, he can't find it and will "e-mail me" it when he does find it. Still waiting for that e-mail after 2 months and asking him a few times.
