I reread, and I believe that WAS the question. They give everyone a chance to take the earlier class. The senior respondent gets it. If someone is senior to that person and didn't take it, that's giving consent to those junior. No passover for you.
Yep.. I have been arguing with Contract Enforcement over this. And it's first come first serve filling of vacancies and if somebody beats you to call them back that that equals waiving Passover! I still think it is BS but ain't getting no help from Union!
