It says on the FAPA website "business casual - leave your suit for the interview." Somewhere else on the website it says that wearing a suit may make it seem like you're trying too hard (whatever that means) and will make you stand out, but not in a good way.

It's all confusing to me, but I'm going to wear dress pants/shirt and a tie. Basically a suit without the jacket.
