I can't point you to it because I'm not sure where it exists. I am a May 2013 hire and asked the CPO for help last year. They didn't know either. All I know is I did not receive profit sharing for 2013 and neither did any of my new hire friends.
The contract only references new hires in regards to profit sharing and being around for full year. I thought this got worked out for the returning furloughs. I'm almost positive the one year didn't apply to them.
I just heard back from my classmate who went thru this when he returned. He got pro-rated for the year because he has more than one year of cumulative active service.
