I assumed the pilots might have had a different agreement than everyone else.

Found the doc. Yes, one year of total service is required but that's not an issue for her as she was a 98 hire.

And there is an example of a person get promoted out of a management job that eligible to one that's not, and that person would be prorated for the time they held the eligible position. There's also furlough language (getting furloughed during the year) and the share is prorated.

So I'm going to assume that the missus will get 11/12s or so of the share. Bring on the Cab!
