Currently the company cannot efficiently do at home training. The contract only allows for one day a month limited to 8 hours so they would have to change the required hours of recurrent ground. Door training during your sim training is not going to happen unless we sign another loa. You can only do 4 hours of training in a simulator per day.

Ipad damage I think is already covered in the contract under the 26.1.e

We gain nothing, we lose time at home like others have said. Instead of going to ground school, you go on a 4 day trip instead. The company gains so much in this loa which is why it should be saved for contract negotiations.
