The 10-12 month upgrade is projected to be around until the end of 2016 according to the training department and that is not taking into account anymore 900 options being excercised. Attrition will pick up and they will be renegotitating the SSP numbers to a larger amount, they (they being management) are expecting it to change to a flow and the numbers to be around 10/month going to AA. The short upgrade will be around for every new hire in 2015. Come to PSA this year and you will be a captain in 2016 with a career path to AA. I know its hard the debbie downers to believe but there are some great opportunities for young pilots these days, I wish I was 21 years old again instead of spending my first 9 years in the right seat of an RJ.
