From what I can tell this transcends political parties. Lots of conservatives on C&R are voting no, though I can't be sure, some no voters on APC come across as liberal some as conservative (just a guess) this site is less political due to the posting rules. I'm not sure what you're getting at though, why does it matter?
I don't think that pilot labor equates to low skilled labor or public sector unions.
