Really! Any company that doesn't respect a persons responsibility to their current employer is not worth working for in today's hiring environment. I am sure JB would expect the same respect from their current employees who are moving on to bigger and better.
I would hope at the corporate level that would be the case but we all know the humans manning the gate can influence the outcome greatly. If you irk the gatekeeper on a bad day, all bets are off.
