That's exactly how you would handle it, with the addition of asking the "owner" if he would like transportation arranged. At least that's what I did. They are so big on customer service, I would make a conscious effort to show your attention to detail with regard to customer service.
I think you did well then. That's why I asked the question, as it's not something that was on the sim ride when I interviewed, or something you'll encounter on other sim rides.
Best of luck to you. From what I've heard newhires will be going into the Brazilian Buttplug, XL and some into the Hawker. They've also been putting recalled guys back into the X, Falcon and Sovereign. All the frames pay the same, but if you want longer flights, avoid the XL and Phlegm if possible. A friend in the XL says it's the best paying regional job out there. He hates it.
