Sorry,
As I sit here on a 30 hr layover, this is a refusal to adapt to the changing environment, SKYW has become the immobile behemoth that thinks that they are immune to, well just about everything. The mini-fiefdom builders in SGU are blocking the entity's ability to adapt to a rapidly changing climate. SKYW is just coming to the realization that pilots are a critical resource, without them airplanes don't move, and if the planes don't move, no cash is generated. Every other position within the company is replaceable/outsourceable, from the CEO to the janitor. SKYW as a company runs its self from Thursday afternoon to Monday morning on autopilot, SGU has ceased to be hungry, and has become greedy. Hunger drives innovation, greed drives gluttony. Decide for yourself where we are at now. They can't even decide to implement an EFB program, how in the world will they ever adapt to the current environment?
