You obviously aren't a reservist. I've seen guys fired (NWA) for abusing mil leave. They have to let you go for drill weekend, but not for extended periods absent activation and/or deployment.
Not sure why you would say that. I am a reservist and I have plenty of friends who "drop mil" all the time. If they want to go on orders they do...I believe USERA laws protect them...

As indicated earlier...have the Delta CJO...waiting on Psych hold...apparently single seat fighter guys are crazy.
