No matter what they do if we vote no they will still have to put that training on the existing schedule of every pilot with 12-13 days off. If we vote yes, they get all those days for free requiring less pilots.
I don't temember... Do we have the opportunity to add trips with IOT and DOT prior to them placing the training on our schedule?
