As far as trip conflict is concerned, here's what I think. Please correct me if I am wrong.
They are planning a 3 days training event. Most lines only have 4 days off between trips, which mean that no matter what it will be next to a scheduled trip. I dont know about you, but my lines rarely have just a 3 days event. In other words 4 days off, 3 days on, then 4 days off. (Unless you are senior enough to bid a 20 days off line).
So 3 days of training will most likely be next a 4,5 or 6 days trip.
I see that they will actually have a lot of trip conflicts.
Am I missing something ?
