YMMV, since they had 7 recruiters, so it obviously depends on whom you spoke.
For me, it was too short. She asked the expected question "How come you want to fly for us?", but that was it. I was probably 4 minutes with her. I saw someone else who had started before me, and was still at it when I was done....
Granted, they had everything they needed about me: my resume had been sent early January. They sent me the assessment test on Wednesday, and I completed it that same night, 2 days prior to the fair. So I really was going in the hope that we actually could schedule an interview date...
Alas, she explained that they just switched to a new computer software, and she isn't too sure how this computer spits out the info now, or on what criterias.
At the very least, I hope that going to the fair was a way to put our files to the top, once they get back to Purchase.
And hey, we got a bag, a flashlight, and a small notebook with Atlas logo on them, so we got that going for us!...
