All day trips where I can be home every day, in Florida where the cost of living is low, based in small airports with no delays or EDCT times just to name a few. Great pilot group too from the few I've met.
The way I see it, it can only go one of 2 ways. You'll strike and the company caves or they'll just make you an offer you can't refuse resulting in no strike. Either way I'd love to be there when it happens.
There are plenty of delays, and we do still get EDCT's. Your not going to get away from that. Right now, they are hiring primarily in to the homeless base, so you may or may not be based where you want to. They have also been forcing new hires in to the 757, which is West Coast only.
