I've heard just this week that they are,
now, looking for 121 experience for new hires. Of all airlines to make the switch from corporate to 121 flying Allegiant would be dead last on my list. It really is not a good fit in my opinion. A good fit is a regional (Turboprop or RJ) with 121 ops experience - Right seat only is fine. That is a good fit for this operation at G4.
I would suggest reading past posts on Allegiant Air and it should paint a clear picture of the operation.
ATP protection / Solid airline training / New Aircraft / Strong Maintenance / Good working environment
Sky West, Virgin America, Alaska, Spirit, Frontier, American, Delta, United but not Allegiant Air.
