Agreed. Some junior guys like me get vacation during relatively worthless periods. Kids are in school and wife is working. I can only play Xbox for so long. Why not pick up an open 3 day and allow a reserve to stay home.
Just make it so anyone can sell bac vacation and act like you never even had it just a pay bump.
