In my opinion, which counts for nothing, there shouldn't be a cap to PBP. At least for the profitability portion that accounts for 70% of the payout, why not let it keep going up. What % was Delta's PS this year?
Delta payout for 2014 will be 16.4% of earnings. Projection for 2015 is 20% of earnings.
