I have a few good friends there, but they're all trying to get out. That place is a nightmare! I think many of the new hires from the last few years have been fooled by RAH, but their time will come in sure.


Upgrades are around 7 years now, so don't go to RAH for the upgrade. Plus I hear the last bid award was mostly pilots who were awarded the 140 the prior bid (Is that even legal per the CBA?).

Don't just wait for upgrade, put your apps out everywhere as a FO.
