FO, the real history lesson is that anything we negotiate is "earned" and "paid for" or "traded for.." something; and in 3-5 years its ALL up for grabs. Buying when its worthless and selling when it is high is the opposite of "buy high and sell low." Should we wait till the company is losing money and THEN try to swap PS for a raise...? ....great plan there! That's what the "monetize it" contingent is pointing out. I personally feel strongly both ways. I want a decent raise and keep decent profit sharing. I don't know what form our next agreement will take. I expect significant improvements and don't plan to yield a lot in exchange. I also realize a concession to many on the Forum would be viewed as a fair exchange by others. Same data, different opinions, we vote. OFG
