Women in Aviation (yes you can attend as a male): March 5-7, Dallas TX. All airlines you care about will be there.
Organization of Black Professional Aviators (OBAP): August 12-14, DC. All airlines you care about will be there.
There are other smaller job fairs hosted throughout the year by organizations like FAPA (future & active pilot advisors) and aerocrew solutions. These usually don't attract the Big 4 but sometimes one of them will attend. I went to one last year that Southwest attended. Check their websites. Basic Membership in FAPA is pretty cheap (Like $50 annually), and their website is a good source of job Fair info. Additionally, they will email you when application windows open at all airlines.
Hope this helps
Can I attend just one day or do I need to go all three days of the conference? $420 vs. $210
