Agreed upon in the PPM, nothing else needs to be said. If the company drives it to that level, so be it. If you don't want to be a burden, then don't be one. Guess you haven't hear about the guys who gave 30 days notice, and were promptly removed from CASS. Look new guy, you still have a lot to learn about this place. I only hope MT's Night of the Long Knives, campaign changes this iteration of SKYW, we are rapidly approaching the Mesa/RAH position on employee relations, and you to will be wishing for the "good old days" of when you were hired, back in '14.
