I'm sure alot of people are just nervous, its like watching my dad in 2002-2003, he is a A&P for UAL, I remember him looking at other career options, all stressed out for over a year, luckily it worked out but I think thats just what alot of people are thinking, especially the guys/gals that dont have the PIC to go to a major, I wouldnt want to just have to start over again at XYZ regional if flying is all they want to do. I understand, but I think sometimes it might create more stress. I don't have a dog in this fight, and hope nothing for the best for you guys, I just think you will drive yourself nuts if you keep trying to deduce whats going on from what little information you have. I know uncertainty is stressful but since there is nothing you can do to affect the outcome, I think the best thing one can do is just try to be stoic about everything and simply wait and see what happens. Easier said then done, I know. But this industry is saturated with uncertainty in every direction.
