MD-80 FO - Used to be senior but it's gotten much more junior (guys from the last class were awarded it)

757 FO - We had several newhires go directly into it, but with the seat lock it's going to stagnate

MD-80 CA - Most junior is a 2011 hire

757 CA - Forget it
