I really doubt attrition was anyway near 15% this past year. I know of 0 hired at Delta, 1 at United, a couple jetBlue, maybe 3 at Alaska. A handful went back to American. Where did the other 50 go?
I don't know the exact numbers because I don't know when everyone leaves. I know people have gone to United, Delta, Southwest, USAir/American, Jetblue, Spirit, and several have either retired or been fired.
