While I don't doubt DL could take over SEA given enough time and money, I'm not worried yet because I know how hard it is to get things built around here. From local residence to the disfunctional Port itself, given enough opposition, it will be a long slog to get the gates space DL desperately needs. Of course there's always a the takeover option.
