Relax guys
It's just a joke. We work for a discount airline. You've got to have thick skin to work here. Perceptions will change as people become familiar with the business model. It will just take a little time.
On that note however, dirty airplanes and pilots wearing gold bars and North Face jackets certainly won't help our case. Hopefully we take some of this criticism constructively and use it to improve our image to the general public.
