If all workgroups show up to work genuinely wanting things to work then they will. I'm out there like everyone else, I see plenty of people who don't care, whether it's flight crew, ramp crew, agents ect. Many people would ask if i blame them after what they've been through. Maybe I dont. But I do think they should go do something else if they are too bitter to show up and do their jobs to the best of their abilities. I don't blame furloughed guys for being ****sed. But it's over and if you show up to work everyday trying to think of new ways to screw United, then it's time to move on IMO. If you can't let SLI go, then figure something else out. If you are still mad UAL merged with CAL or CAL merged with UAL, get over it, or move on. Easy for me to say as a guy who hasn't been around for all of it? Maybe, but I've been in the business world a long time and I know that division amongst employees, whether self induced or not, will never lead to a successful outcome.
Of course you are happy and sing a little tune. Hired at UAL with no PIC. F/o in an RJ to F/o at a major.
