Thanks for the input and perspective. Hopefully it wasn't the wrong thig to do, but I contacted Angela, from recruiting by e-mail, and voice-mail. She indicated that she would contact me, as soon as she had the July interview dates.

I know that seniority is everything, but hell, I'm almost 38, and in the middle of a career change/mid-life crisis. I left the management side of the airline business to become a "stick wiggler", like I had always intended to, in the first place. When all is said and done, another month of eating beans, after 2 1/2 as a CFI, just doesn't seem that likely to matter, at the end of what should now be a 27 year career, if I can stay healthy.

Express Jet is my first choice, and I want to go into the interview with my best foot forward, and not looking like a "deer in the headlights", because I didn't have time to pepare. Besides, I've never left an employer on bad terms, and I don't want to start burning bridges now.

I'll let everyone who's interested, know the outcome. Thanks again for your thoughts.
