You might know this already. But if it's still under warranty, it's an easy process. Call them up, they will send you a loaner in a heavy duty cardboard box. Put your bag in the box and send it back. They fix it, send it back to you in the box. Then just put the loaner in the box and send it back. Voila! Fixed roller bag.
