I'm military with ~1700 FW MEJ and ~ 1300 MIL RW time....500 121 SIC time would put me at 3500 TT with ~ 2200 FW. Great question, no idea though. Though, if hired today and in class sometime in March. You'd probably fly 800 hours by the time your number came up for upgrade.
We had a few RW guys from the army here that have since flowed to DL, I remember they both flew some FW(King AIr I believe) in the army too. I'm not sure how much FW time they had though. Granted that was all pre-rule change.
