Are you kidding me?!? It's peole like you that make me never put a loved one on an RJ. WAAA-Flippin'-WAAAA!! You have 1100tt and are are upset at the idea of having to spend another 12-14 months in the right seat before being entrusted with the lives of the people crammed into a -900?!?? When will this entitlement BS END?!?!

Savor that time in the right seat. Learn from your captains (both what to do and what NOT to do). Never quit learning. Regardless of whatever aeronautical deity you see yourself as, remember these two points:
1) You're not one.
2) Gravity always wins.

Use the time to learn how to manage #2. Don't get in too much of a hurry.
