But voting no would leave us with a subpar contract and rates the average of the other two. We're going to be further behind voting no than yes.
On a recent union phone call the negotiators were essentially begging guys to vote yes. All this fear that people have come up with is completely unfounded.

I want it to be over with too.
But my W2 is more important than my payrate. Just don't want people to fall for payrates.
