Attrition without replenishment= contraction
I'm sorry friend but when FO and CAs leave in parallel, there are no chances for movement. We need CAs to leave more than FOs so there is room to upgrade and then make room to be hired.

Also Denver is/was/has been rumored to close by June. <~Anyone clarify?
