At SKW they would have to cancel flights, they cannot junior man. Also you don't have to answer your phone, so why would you be talking to them anyway...if you're dumb enough to answer a 435 area code on your day off maybe you DESERVE to get junior manned
Actually they would probably just reflow an on-duty crew to cover the most important flying, but even that would have to stay in the footprint of the original trip.
