Yeah, I guess you are right. I just get annoyed by both the company wanting to reduce our sick leave, and by guys who abuse it, I guess because I don't. And I have had to use all of it a couple times, once for a back surgery, and again for a seizure. I want as much sick leave available as possible for when a catastrophic event occurs. It pizz's me off that the company wants to reduce it.
