I have to say, this analyst pretty much nails it. 2015 is going to be a very interesting year around here. I don't buy this notion of labor costs spiraling out of control. How can they be...nobody's been getting any raises for damn sure (except the G.O.) I think there is bound to be a lot of near-term inefficiencies as the ATN acquisition is still wrapping up (eg: fATN pilots on paid vacation now waiting for a training date), but by later this year there should be an opportunity for manning to finally get back to it's historical, productive norms.

Probably the most troubling thing I note of late is that when you hear Mr Kelly in webcasts or interviews, he sounds EXACTLY like Richard Anderson, Doug Parker or Jeff Smisek spouting off about:
"Capacity discipline"
"ROIC"
"Flat Labor Costs"
"Taking care of our Shareholders [first]"

SWA used to pride itself on not moving in lockstep with the rest of the industry. Now it appears we've become just another Legacy.
