If yo do end up at PSA, you will likely be in class with people that spent over 3 years on reserve, and were FO's for more than 7 years with no upgrade. In their mind, that is the "norm" - and it was a few years ago.

Be happy that things are changing and anything under 2 years upgrade without prior 121 experience is GREAT.
