You BOUGHT a used flight case, and that apparently makes it OK to you, so I will go on EBAY and buy a used Ipad case. Does that really change the issue at hand here? Second, I know that the company will charge me for a broken Ipad, case or not, just like they will charge me for lost or damaged jepps, case or not. The point of the case is to reduce the possibility of that unfortunate circumstance in the first place.
I bought it for convenience, nothing more.
I can replace my broken Jepps for free with a crew room printer. You can't replace your broken $700 Ipad with a crew room printer
