What am I missing here? You don't make 80K at Endeavor until your 9th year as a CA on the CRJ900 and at PSA it is the same only it is the CRJ200. Since the 900's I think are relatively new for PSA they haven't posted the pay scales but it might even be more. Here is all you should need to know about Endeavor - dozens and dozens of pilots with 7 years or more of seniority at Endeavor have made the move to PSA in the last few months. Ask them, they will tell you about Endeavor. It seems that almost every class has at least 5 or 6 of them.
