They changed the requirements now for the referral. The referral must be submitted more than 30 days before the person applies for the job. Most people have just given up on it now.
Here is the requirement:
* Submit the completed Employee Referral Form on emp.psaairlines.com
* Inform candidate that they MUST apply online at
PSA Airlines | Regional Airline & US Airways Subsidiary within 30 days of the submission of the referral form or the referral is discarded.
* Reminder: Employee Referral Forms must be submitted before the candidate
applies
** Candidate must include PSA Employee’s name on application when asked “Were you referred by anyone that works at PSA?
