The days of fill out an app & wait for the interview offer have yet to arrive. The procedure to get hired is basically work your tail off for a year doing everything possible to gain the notice of a prospective airline - multiple job fairs, volunteer at corporate events, network like crazy, update your quals constantly....etc. Maybe you 'll be one of the lucky ones.
