Skykid, could you please elaborate on what specifically is driving you to look elsewhere? I'm sure we can all probably guess the highlights, but I would like to quantify the exact issues. Don't get me wrong, I wish more would follow suit. Watching the company eat 15 grand in training costs without a return all the while purposely dragging negotiations along can only help to prove our point.
