You're right.... It's 20 for 2016. However our upgrade is already about to drop to 2 years. Upgrading 8 next month and training will start looking for Pilots for the EMB Slots in April.
We have no control of the flow but if you can get on a regional upgrade in 2 years get PIC for a year or so then you're way ahead of the game if you want to go to Delta, United or Southwest. And by chance you get turned down by those you still have the flow in your back pocket. Winning!!!!
