If you're going to take that to mean you, then maybe there is some insecurity ...and some introspection required. And bashing people for pointing out facts, especially new hires that are just trying to figure out what to do, now

You have shown by your posts exactly what kind of person you are. Call it what you will, but you did whatever it took to become an instructor as a new hire FO with no time in the plane. And you are on this board towing the company line and bashing people that don't in the midst of a 98% strike vote.
