Yep not a "sorry your flight was cancelled but we have rebooked you on this flight so you will still get where you need to be" all she got both times was "flight XYZ is cancelled, call reservations if you would like to rebook" then she had to call and spend an hour on hold with reservations. I guess it's my fault for trying to save money and use my United miles rather than just booking her a flight on South West like I normally do. I sure hope Peoples Express gets back in the game soon.
