Not looking for any sympathy at all. It just pretty sad when they cancel a flight days in advance and the airline makes no effort for their customer to get them on another flight.
They don't care. They're too big to fail. I would never use united if I had to pay for a ticket, not to mention most of their flights are RJs or torture seat equipped narrowbodies.
