When I flew corporate we were to Netjets what DCI is to us. We were chartered to handle their overflow when all of the shareholders came asking for planes during peak months (Nov, Dec, FEB!!!!).
I thought they sent all their hard passengers our way. Turns out talking to a Netjets guy not so, they have plenty of hard ones to go around. None of whom were ever owners of a share, they just had rights to use that share. When they bring their families it gets... frustrating. But for $40-$60K in revenue for some day trips, I shut my mouth.
The best story I heard was of a Gulfstream where these kids had gone to the cabin area where there was a side facing couch and two chairs opposite of it with a pull out table. The kids pulled out the table and were using it as a diving board into the couch. Table broke.
$75,000 to fix and I don't doubt that number.
