I see what you are saying. But I would think that the next set of arbitrators do not view their current mission as one where they can "fix" past arbitrations. If that was the case then they might be inclined to alter the placement of the TWA pilots on the AA side because surely they got screwed. The job of the arbitration panel in the upcoming SLI will be to merge AA with US Airways.
I agree although I might put it "to merge AA with
US east and west."
